David Morris draws from a deep well of experience as an attorney, M&A investment banker, commercial lender, educator, entrepreneur, and investor. At the Forrest Firm, David focuses on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, private equity and venture capital fund formations, commercial transactions, and general corporate matters. In addition to his corporate practice, David also practices in the areas of business succession planning and non-profit entity formation. He serves as the Managing Attorney of the Firm’s Durham office.

In his practice at the Forrest Firm, Patrick Lineberry advises entrepreneurs and executives in a wide range of legal matters pertinent to every stage of the business life cycle, with emphasis on commercial real estate transactions and appellate matters. Patrick assists clients with strategic transactions, as well as commercial real estate sales, leases, and purchases.
