The VP of Sales owns the accountability of developing, implementing and managing an internal and external business development plan and process that results in the growth of our revenue and expansion of our client base. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with the Senior Leadership Team to refine existing offerings and create the design of new offerings utilizing insights from advisors, the marketplace and competitors; develop the execution approach behind the designs; and help test and iterate on new concepts. Success in this role will be based on an individual’s ability to proactively source market intelligence, connect the dots to package those insights recommendations for Senior Leadership and drive concepts into pragmatic application with measured results.
