In the SB Growth Division, we draw on deep empathy for client needs and their hopes for success to help define design opportunities that are actionable and exciting. The Sales Administrator role interacts and communicates with all levels of clients, community partners, employees and third-party vendors. This role is critical when it comes to keeping the CEO and Growth team moving forward in a coordinated way. You play an integral part on the team through effective top of the funnel lead generation, cold outreach and lead qualification. The team relies on this individual’s persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential clients. Most importantly, the Sales Administrator is responsible for organizing and managing Smashing Boxes’ busy and energetic CEO. You must be sensitive to CEO’s needs as well as the needs of the Growth Division and the Company.
